Boxer’s Should Steal A Page
From Bull Rider’s Playbook

By William Trillo
This past weekend I took a break from my normal boxing coverage in order to get my yearly dose of The Professional Bull Riders Tour. Without a doubt, the PBR is a must-see Adrenalin rush that would satisfy the palette of rabid boxing fans looking for an off-boxing weekend fix.

In a nutshell, the “Unleash The Beast” event is two nights long. The first night riders take to the bulls looking to make the eight second ride to qualify to go to the final round the following evening. Night number two culminates with the top qualifiers mounting up on the toughest bulls on the circuit.

Josh Taylor vs. Jack Catterall II
Edinburgh Press Conference Quotes

Eddie Hearn: "Welcome to a packed Intercontinental here in Edinburgh, where we’ve had to turn people away, we’re blown away by the attendance. This has got a real old school feel about it, the good old days of real British grudge matches. Nearly two years ago to the day which will be April 27, we saw the fight for the undisputed championship. Some say the most controversial fight in the history of British boxing. Sometimes these fights take time to make. The hatred runs deep is the slogan for this fight and that’s why it’s taken two years to get these two great fighters together. Times have changed, their careers have changed, but the rivalry continues, and I cannot wait for this huge night, April 27, the Leeds Arena and live on DAZN around the world.

When Boxing Burns Twice

By William Trillo

You know the feeling. You went out to the local Cantina to enjoy good times and some spicy South of The Border cuisine. But, after a few hours you realize you over-indulged and you were going to feel the burn one more time.

Keep that pleasant thought in mind while I give you my thoughts on the upcoming Tim “The Soul Taker” Tszyu (24-0, 17 KO’s) vs. Keith “One Time” Thurman (30-1, 22 KO’s) meaningless Catchweight bout. The PBC promoted PPV fight will be their debut event on Prime Video.
