The Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles plays host to HBO Latino's "Oscar De La Hoya Presents Boxeo De Oro"once again, and once again Librado Andrade (20-0, 14 KO's) and Enrique Ornelas(19-1, 13 KO's) will be on the card. The last time we saw the brothers, Librado won in spectacular fashion and Enrique lost, in an equally spectacular knockout defeat.

Up until that night, both brothers were undefeated and on their way to bigger and better things for the coming years. But with the turn of events, the brothers have separate agendas now, For Librado, it's all about another victory that will surely put him in title contention. For Enrique, it's time to get back on the winning track and resuming his quest for a title of his own.

Boxing2004 spoke with the brothers and found out how they plan on continuing on their now, different journeys.

Librado Andrade

So here we go again, another fight at The Olympic, what do you know about your opponent?
I know very little about him! It's been changed 4 times, now I am fighting Thomas Reid, Julio Gonzalez fought him before. He has lost 13 times and with a guy like that you never know what to expect, it could be easy, but it could be a hard fight too! I know I am going to be ready to finish my year very strong! We have a year left on our contract with Golden Boy, and we want to have a good strong year in 2005.

Jeff Lacy and Omar Sheika have both been mentioned as possible foes for you. Did you see them fight the other night, and what do you think of their performances?

We wanted to fight Sheika before this fight, but he said no. And I understand that! He wanted better money on better cards and it turned out good for him. And at this point we don't need him, but we do want to challenge Lacy! I have a lot of respect for Lacy, he is a very powerful guy, but we would like a chance, like everybody else. I think Lacy has too much confidence in his power, he is very dangerous because of his power, but I don't think he has the skills. I don't think he is very skillful, but I know he is a hard puncher!

What are your goals for next year?
Hopefully we will get a title shot, whoever it is! We should be a mandatory this year, and whoever it is, I am going to make it a hard fight for him! Hopefully 2005 will be our year!

Enrique Ornelas

This is your first fight after your stunning loss in you last outing, how are you feeling?
Im really excited, I am ready to show it was just a mistake and then go from there!

Do you feel you have to win this fight in spectacular fashion?
No, that is just something you do for yourself, I don't think I need to prove anything to myself right now. I just want to go out there and get the win.

What did you think of the Lacy/Sheika bout?
I didn't think Sheika was going to be so strong! He can really take a punch, you never can count someone out, until they are really out!

Would you consider fighting either one of the 2?
Everyone is in this sport for one reason, to make their dreams a reality! And if I was given the oppurtunity to fight them, YES, I wouldn't think about it twice!

What are your goals for 2005?
To stay healthy and stepping up in the rankings, so I can make my own dreams come true!

The brothers will be fighting on a big fight card that features unbeaten Flyweight Brian Viloria pitted against once-beaten Angel Priolo.
Doors open at 6 PM, with first fight scheduled for 6:30 PM pst . The HBO Latino broadcast begins at 10PM est/pst.
