Carlos Hernandez (40-4-1, 24 KOs) |
“It will be a difficult fight. Ramirez is a Mexican fighter,
so he comes to fight with his heart and he has the will to
win. You put the two together and it will be a tough fight,
not an impossible fight though.”
“After this fight, I want to face Erik Morales, Jesus
“Matador” Chavez, or Marco Antonio Barrera.”
“Dec. 11 is a great card. Vitali Klitschko is the dominant
heavyweight champion of the world. I wish I were a
heavyweight so I could fight him because my wife thinks he
is cute. Carlos Navarro is the future of 130 pounds. Agapito
Sanchez is a great fighter. And I promise you, I will give a
great fight.” |

Agapito Sanchez (35-9-2, 18 KOs)
“I am ready to give a good fight. I am well prepared. I
will come to fight with everything I have got. I want to win
this fight so I can get a rematch with Manny Pacquiao or
Marco Antonio Barrera” |

Carlos Navarro (23-3-1, 13 KOs) |
“I have been out of the game for a while, so I am ready to
go. I am in great shape. I hit the gym real hard. I have
been training in Las Vegas.”
“I have seen Agapito fight. He has experience, power and
speed. It will be a great fight.”
“I gave up boxing because I did not like training. But my
brother Jose is going to have a title fight soon and he
passed me by. I just want to keep up. Now I am more mature
than I was. I have a goal – to get a major belts and Sanchez
is in my way. I wish good luck to both of us and may the
best man win.” |
