Mayweather and Hatton began their trek in typical Los Angeles sunshine, and in like fashion, the tour came to an end in the typical Manchester, England weather, that being pouring rain.

Oscar De La Hoya took the podium and announced that the time has come for this fight, “and now someone’s O has got to go!”

Billy Graham
was next up and he reminisced, “It seems like yesterday the Ricky came to the gym as 17yr old upstart and I told him he could become undisputed champion of world! I said he would beat Kostya Tszyu an now I’m telling you he'll beat Floyd Mayweather to become best pound for pound fighter in the world.”

Ricky Hatton finally let loose after a week of torment from Floyd saying, “Floyd, will you stop touching my "arse" you poof. You've been talking about kicking my “arse” all week, I think there’s something wrong with you!.” Speaking on the shortage of tickets for Brits, Hatton said, “I'm disappointed only 3,900 tickets but 20,000 fans will still be going over to the U.S.A. for the weekend!"

“Floyd maybe best pound for pound fighter in the world but I’m the most exciting fighter in the world,” added Hatton. The quote of the day came from Ricky when he was referring to Mayweather’s running and dancing, " I’ve got special training partners, Forrest Gump and Carl Lewis, and I got a message for you Floyd, you can only run so far, you’ll eventually reach the ropes, that’s when I’ll get you.  I’ll look forward to seeing you on Dec. 8th son."

Mayweather addressed the crowd saying, " Thanks to my many British fans, I’ve got nothing but love from you" "I’m not best the best pound for pound fighter for no reason, its going to be one hell of a fight" " I don't need to back off him, I’m the bigger man, it’ll be a hell of a ride."

As the proceedings closed, Mayweather could be seen dancing to a Hatton song on the stage while wearing a Manchester United jersey. While dancing Floyd told the crowd, “I'm in a league of my own!"

That may be true, but is Floyd talking about the dancing moves we will be seeing on Dancing With The Stars, or was that a suggestion of what he may be doing all night on December 8th…dancing?
