Where's Kessler?

When WBA/WBC Super Middle Champ Kessler failed to show up on an international teleconference call with WBO Super Middle King Joe Calzaghe it made us wonder what's up with Team Palle, his promoters.
 
Certainly they know this title unification bout on November 3rd is one of the most anticipated bouts of the year...right? 
 
The no-show act seems to be part of a lockout of the press on all things Kessler. No press releases from Team Palle. No interviews with Kessler.  What gives? Is he injured? Is he so uptight about facing Calzaghe that he wants to stay in total seclusion?
 

Even his American publicist, the legendary Michael Marley, who usually works up a pretty good sweat churning out tons of stuff on Kessler before a fight hasn't uttered a peep.
 
Readers of Pound4Pound have written asking why there is no news about Kessler.
 
We turn that question back to you Team Palle. Why the blackout?
