NBA Light Heavyweight Champion Prince ‘Boxing
Prince’ Ajamu (27-3-1/4 KO’s) Camden, NJ vs.
Daniel Judah (23-4-3/10 KO’s) Brooklyn,
NY will defend his belt in a 12 round NBA Light
Heavyweight Championship bout. Ajamu,
the reigning NBA Light Heavyweight Champ was
originally scheduled to defend his crown against
Otis Griffin of Sacramento, CA but Griffin
withdrew for undisclosed reasons and Judah
was quick to step in to take the title shot.
Judah, one of the fighting Judah brothers,
is a former IBF International Light Heavyweight
Champion and has fought some of the best light
heavies in the business including Glen Johnson
and Yusaf Mack so Camden’s ‘Boxing Prince’
better pack his lunchpail and come to work
if he wants to take his belt back home!!!!!!
Judah is Tampa bound…After a hard camp at the Calta’s
Gym in Tampa, Florida. Judah refocused his efforts into
nothing else but this fight. There has been no
distractions but a lot of work invested, Judah, However
took a little time off to do community appearances and
help out youth in the Tampa area in a bike program also
participating in the Florida Boxing Hall of Fame
activities. |
