Mous Ouicher: "N’Jikam’s Purse
Is A Disgrace"

MONTRÉAL - Mous Ouicher says Hassan N’Dam N’Jikam is
furious. He said that his fighter, who will face the
Montrealer David Lemieux in a vacant IBF middleweight
championship of the world June 20th at Bell Centre in
Montréal, will receive a ridiculous purse.
N’Jikam (31-1-0) will receive $51,000, his share coming from
the purse bid on the bout. “Hassan’s purse is a disgrace,
said the French trainer. Any fighter involves in a French
championship receives more money than my fighter will
receive in Montréal for this world championship bout. It’s
so ridiculous. However, Hassan will be in the ring of the
Bell Centre June 20th, and trust me, he will get out of the
ring with the IBF belt in his hands. I am absolutely sure he
will beat Lemieux. He is better technically, faster and more
mature than Lemieux. Believe me, when Hassan will be IBF
middleweight champion of the world, he will be paid like a
champion of the world.”
Lemieux (33-2-0) should receive about the same purse than
his opponent.
