Munroe Retains European Title,
Sutherland Dazzles In Dublin

European super bantamweight champion Rendall Munroe solidified his top ten world ranking with a sterling performance to stop Italian titlist Fabrizio Trotta at 1:27 of the fifth round last night at City University In Dublin, Ireland.

Munroe overcame a slow start to hammer away at Trotta's body and take over the contest by the third frame before the Italian claimed he could not continued after injuring his right wrist in the fifth.

2008 Olympic Bronze Medallist Darren Sutherland delivered upon expectations with a torrid professional debut to knock out Bulgarian opponent Georgi Iliev at 2:44 of the first round at super middleweight.
