Nevada Orders Testing For Pacquiao & Mayweather
And They Mean Get It Done NOW!

As reported by The Los Angeles Times at 3:36 pm Monday afternoon, the chairman of the Nevada State Athletic Commission has ordered Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. to take immediate out-of-competition urine tests.

Nevada Athletic Commission Chairman Pat Lundvall ordered Executive Director Keith Kizer to direct Mayweather and Pacquiao to accredited drug-testing labs in the United States and Philippines, respectively, for tests that must be completed by Wednesday, Kizer told The Times.

The tests will be paid for by Nevada and are consistent with World Anti-Doping Agency guidelines, Kizer said.

"It's a start," Kizer said. "Whether it's the end, I don't know."

In other words, the drug tests have been ordered to be taken in quick fashion and that's all well and good but considering what we have seen so far this leaves a lot of unresolved issues, not to mention the fact that there is no guarantee the fighters will submit before this Wednesday's deadline.
