Hollywood Fight Nights Kicks Off 2025
At The Commerce Casino On Jan. 17
Tom Loeffler’s 360 Promotions kicks off the 2025 Season of
The Best Monthly Boxing Series on Friday, January 17 at the
famed Commerce Casino Events Center in Los Angeles and
broadcast live globally on UFC FIGHT PASS, the world’s
leading digital subscription service for combat sports.
The January 17 Hollywood Fight Nights event is headlined by
the Undefeated ‘King of Los Angeles Boxing’ Omar Trinidad,
(17-0-1, 12 KOs), of Boyle Heights, CA making the third
defense of his WBC Continental Americas Featherweight Title
against ‘Magic’ Mike Plania, (31-4, 18 KOs), of General
Santos City, Philippines over ten scheduled rounds. Trinidad
is currently ranked #2 by the International Boxing
Federation.

Fighting in front of a sold-out Commerce Casino Events
Center on October 26, 2024, Omar Trinidad won a dominant
12-round unanimous decision over world ranked Hector Sosa.
Dropping the world ranked Sosa in the second stanza,
Trinidad had fans on their feet throughout the fight
displaying world class skills combined with his warrior-like
presence. He kicked off his 2024 campaign on January 27 with
an eighth-round knockout of cross-town rival Jose Perez and
followed up with a sensational tenth-round stoppage of
Viktor Slavinskyi on July 26.
Mike Plania enters the ring on January 17 coming off two
early knockout victories; Deivi Julio (KO-3) on October 26,
2024 and Martin Diaz (KO-1) on April 27, 2024. His resume
also includes wins over top contenders Joshua Greer and
Giovanni Gutierrez as well as battles with world champions
and world ranked fighters Angelo Leo, Juan Carlos Payano,
Ra’eese Aleem and Elijah Pierce.
