Gustavo Trujillo Returns May 2 In Miami
WBO #14 ranked, undefeated heavyweight contender Gustavo
Trujillo (10-0, 9 KOs) is set to make his highly anticipated
return to the ring on May 2, 2026, when he faces
battle-tested veteran Sergio Ramirez Marin (22-8, 12 KOs) in
a scheduled 10-round bout at the James L. Knight Center.
American Dream Presents is set to promote this thrilling
event, expected to draw an eager South Florida crowd
interested in seeing an up-and-coming heavyweight boxer
advance his career.
Known as “The Cuban Assassin,” Trujillo, the reigning BKB
Heavyweight Champion in bare-knuckle boxing, holds an
undefeated 8-0 record with all eight wins coming by
first-round knockout. Renowned for his devastating power and
elite amateur background, he continues to build a rapidly
growing fanbase. Now based in Miami by way of Cuba, he
returns to familiar territory with momentum and clear
purpose.
As he prepares to face a seasoned opponent in Ramirez Marin,
