By Daniel Cloutier
QUÉBEC CITY, Canada - Adonis Stevenson believes his preparation has been fabulous for the fourth defense of his WBC light heavyweight championship of the world, scheduled for next Friday in the ring of the Québec City Colisée. But it’s perfectly normal for him to train with intensity and professionalism. Many times he said that never he will compromise his statute of world champion by a lack of serious in training.   Bradley And Chaves Draw
Timothy Bradley (31-1-1, 12 KO's) and Diego Chaves (23-2-1, 19 KO's) fought to a 12-round draw that saw both men have moments. The fight was a bit back and forth early on as Chaves was throwing big bombs and Bradley willing to exchange. Both men would collide heads a number of times, causing big swelling on the left side of Bradley's face and the forehead of Chaves. Bradley appeared to take control over the middle of the fight, then Chaves knowing the fight was close came on in the final two rounds. Final scores were 116-112 for Chaves, 115-113 for Bradley and 114-114.

  Lee Blasts Out Korobov In 6
Andy Lee (now 34-2, 24 KO's) stopped the lesser experiences Matt Korobov in the 6th round to win the vacant WBO World Middleweight Title. Korobov appeared to control the fight early with his jab, but got caught in round 3 and staggered, showing signs he may not hold up to Lee's power. In round 6, a huge right had Korobov out on his feet. Lee jumped on the attack landing lefts and rights, while Korobov just stood there with his guard up, not knowing what to do. The referee had no choice but the waive it off. Korobov's lack of experience cost him the fight from continuing, had he only taken a knee. He was not out on his feet or seriously hurt and still had his guard up, but was completely lost in there. Korobov drops to 24-1 with 14 KO's.

  Herrera Robbed Again;
Benavides Gets Early X-Mas Gift

Jose Benavides Jr. (now 22-0, 15 KO's) just received his early Christmas Gift by way of a COMPLETE and utterly DISGRACEFUL scoring of a fight against Mauricio Herrera. Herrera just can not get a break. He was robbed against Danny Garcia, and robbed again tonight in a fight he appeared to win at least EIGHT ROUNDS. Two judges only gave him FOUR, and one only gave him THREE! Herrera kept the pressure, landed the most, while Benavides fought with his back to the ropes for the majority of the fight. Herrera started and ended while Benavides had a few rounds in the middle. Even his father told him he needed a knockout to win going into the final round. Final scores were 116-112 twice and 117-111, which sound right had they gone to Herrera instead. Herrera drops to 21-5 with 7 KO's.
