Body Language

As Defined by Oxford Dictionary:
body language: the process of communicating nonverbally through conscious or unconscious gestures and movements.

No doubt about it, the battle between Serhii Bohachuk and Vergil Ortiz will go down as one of the best fights of 2024. What is in doubt by many observers is the outcome. Yes, Ortiz was awarded the victory via Majority decision, but many at ringside thought Bohachuk was robbed and should have been declared the winner.

In the moments after the final bell rang, I snapped a photo of each fighter as they returned to their respective corners.




Looking at these photos, which fighter looked as though he was victorious, and which one looked like he was concerned he was going to come up on the short end of the judges’ scorecards?
